New campaign for Louis Vuitton with Lara Stone
The generational change has come to the luxury firm Louis Vuitton. After two seasons with the stellar presence of Madonna, the French house has presented one of the most anticipated campaign, which involves the changing of the ‘Queen of Pop’. One of the models of the moment, Lara Stone, is responsible for replacing Madonna as a new image of the signature accessories.
Louis Vuitton has released the first images that illustrate the signature campaign for spring-summer 2010. Lara Stone has posed before the lens of photographer Steven Meisel in images that show the model lying on the field and posing with several of the pieces that will form the new collection.
The spring-summer collection for Louis Vuitton takes its inspiration from the passengers of the ‘New Age’, for what has been recreated in this campaign a green setting that evoked the spirit of peace and love. For Marc Jacobs, creative director of the firm, Lara Stone represents the modern beauty, iconic and sexy that characterizes the maison.
The supermodel will be the new face of la maison next season, after the ‘stamped’ by Madonna, who recently announced their next collaboration with the signature Dolce & Gabanna. Gossips suggest that Madonna has left for Louis Vuitton signature image Italian boyfriend Jesus Light on the package.
